TAI CHI PUSH HANDS!

Tai Chi Body Mechanics offers the
Secret to the Effortless Push!

The effortless tai chi push is done by
trapping pressure in your root.

Be as still as a mountain, and move like a great river!

Discover strength within softness by using
correct alignment and body mechanics.
Learn to neutralize to gain an advantage.

In tai chi push hands we use only minimum movement,
and we allow the opponent to lose their own balance.
Learn push hands foundation according to tai chi classics:
never use upper body force while playing push hands.

To learn the effortless push,
you must learn to drop weight without collapsing leg joints!
 TWO-PERSON APPLICATIONS FORM

TAI CHI TWO-PERSON APPLICATIONS FORM:
has 44 postures on each side and they are matched together as an
applications duet!

Come learn "side A" and "side B" and how to match these tai chi postures together to perform a tai chi applications duet with your partner!
