Swimming
Dragon Chi Kung
The
gentle motion of Swimming Dragon Chi Kung moves the spine like a string of
pearls, helping to open and relax the joints. Learn the complete exercise.
Your energy can flow freely, and your movements can be light and agile when
you learn to open the low back, suspend the top of the head and connect tan
tien to the root. |
|
Tai Chi Two-Person Applications Form
This advanced form has 44 movements on each
side. It is memorized as 2 solo sets, and then matched together when
practiced with a partner. Increase your understanding of practical usage of
yang style movements, as two players exchange attack and neutralize, in a
choreographed fashion. |
