Push Hands brings tai chi players together, to exchange neutralize, adhere, connect, push and laugh! * Discover Tai Chi Body Mechanics in Push Hands
* Learn how to neutralize to gain an advantage *Allow the opponent to loose their own balance *Learn to use minimum effort to attain maximum effect. SECRET OF THE EFFORTLESS PUSH
The secret of the effortless push is to first neutralize properly. Use your whole body to root the opponents force through proper body alignment. Allowing the opponent to push into your root can make you stronger if you can absorb the force rather than deflect it away. Use the opponents force, rather than your own effort; to uproot them. Tai Chi body mechanics allows you to use less effort
and have more effect. Learn to yield without loosing ground and neutralize to gain an advantage. Develop alignment to absorb force And learn to push from the root. In Tai Chi, the upper body is trained in softness, and adhering, so we can stick and initially blend with opponents direction. The upper body movements are not generated using muscle tension!
Tai Chi is based on a system of non-aggression. Tai chi uses leverage, yielding, and softness to allow the opponent to lose their own balance! Learn how to apply tai chi body mechanics in pushing hands.
Elaine Waters takes complex and potentially esoteric concepts, and delineates them into simple, easy to understand ideas,
called tai chi body mechanics. Elaine Waters shares her deep understanding of Tai Chi principles, and body mechanics as applied to push hands. SIGN UP TODAY AND RESERVE YOUR SPOT!
