The  lineage of Tai Chi which Elaine Waters teaches follows the training pattern set by
Master Chen Man Cheng and Master William C.C. Chen which includes:
Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced level training in the following areas: 
Tai Chi Form,  Tai Chi Sword Form, Tai Chi Push Hands, Tai Chi Boxing.
Plus Tai Chi Two Person Applications Form, and Tai Chi Saber. ​
