TAI CHI PUSH HANDS
WORKSHOPS TBA TAI CHI PUSH HANDS!
Tai Chi Body Mechanics offers the Secret to the Effortless Push! Blend with and absorb the opponents force into your root using whole body alignment. The effortless tai chi push is done by trapping pressure in your root, and allowing it to bounce up under the opponent. Discover strength within softness by using correct alignment and body mechanics. To discover the effortless push, you must learn to drop your weight and their force into your root. To drop the weight your joints must be open. So don't sink down and collapse! In tai chi push hands we use minimum effort to have maximum effect. |
Tai chi develops one’s ability to connect to the moment, thereby increasing the quality of life!
